Information for Company Representatives and Agents

E-mail and faxed requests for quote from Representatives and Agents in countries outside of North America may not receive a reply or acknowledgement. This will almost always be the case for those using anonymous e-mail addresses not supported with full contact information including phone & fax numbers.

In order to process assignments in an efficient and prompt manner we have a standard policy with respect to quotations requested by non -registered agents/representatives. Prior to quoting, we must have full details on the agent (an e-mail address only is not sufficient, especially if an anonymous one like Hotmail, Gmail etc.) and the list of products/manufacturers represented indicating which are by formal contract.

Our formal policy will then be sent and if it is found agreeable, Henderson will be in a position to offer a proposal for the job.
